ENT Doctor in Austin, TX
Capital ENT's flagship North Austin office brings together four board-certified otolaryngologists, two physician assistants, and an audiologist under one roof, with in-office CT imaging, allergy testing, and sleep diagnostics so you get answers and treatment in fewer visits.
Capital ENT's Main Office in North Austin
Since 1999, Capital ENT & Sinus Center has called North Austin home. Our main office on the N Mopac frontage road near Parmer Lane is the hub of the practice, where our team of ENT specialists sees patients five days a week for every ear, nose, and throat condition.
This is the only Capital ENT location with all four ancillary service lines on site: a low-dose CT scanner for immediate diagnostic imaging, a full audiology suite for hearing evaluations and hearing aid fittings, an allergy lab for skin-prick testing and immunotherapy programs, and coordination of at-home sleep studies for obstructive sleep apnea diagnosis.
We serve patients across the greater Austin area, including The Domain and Arboretum (5 min away), Anderson Mill and Jollyville (8–10 min), Cedar Park (15 min), Pflugerville (15 min), Round Rock (20 min), and Georgetown (30 min), with quick Mopac and 183 access from downtown Austin, West Lake Hills, and South Austin. Free parking is available directly in front of the building.

On-Site Ancillary Services in Austin
Every Capital ENT location treats the full range of ear, nose, and throat conditions. Our Austin office also provides these specialized diagnostic and treatment services on site, so you spend less time traveling between appointments.
In-Office CT Imaging
Our low-dose Xoran MiniCAT CT scanner provides high-resolution sinus and temporal bone images in under a minute, right in the exam room. No separate imaging appointment, no waiting days for results. Your doctor reviews the scan with you on the spot to guide your treatment plan.
At-Home Sleep Studies
Suspect sleep apnea? Review the warning signs of sleep apnea, then let us coordinate FDA-cleared at-home sleep testing so you can complete your study in the comfort of your own bed. A board-certified sleep medicine physician interprets results, and your ENT doctor discusses treatment options, from CPAP to surgical alternatives like Inspire therapy.
Audiology & Hearing Aids
Our audiologist performs comprehensive hearing evaluations, tympanometry, and hearing aid fittings. Not sure if you need testing? Review the common signs of hearing loss. We carry a full range of hearing aid brands and styles, from invisible-in-canal devices to rechargeable behind-the-ear models, with ongoing adjustments and support included.
Allergy Testing & Immunotherapy
Central Texas is one of the toughest allergy environments in the country, from mountain cedar fever in winter to oak and grass pollen in spring. Our Austin office provides skin-prick allergy testing to identify your specific triggers, followed by customized immunotherapy, available as traditional allergy shots or convenient sublingual drops you take at home. Not sure if it is allergies? Review the common allergy symptoms we see in Austin.
