Balloon Sinuplasty
A minimally invasive in-office procedure to open blocked sinus passages: no cutting, packing rarely needed, rapid recovery. Balloon sinuplasty uses a small, flexible balloon catheter to open blocked sinus passageways and facilitate drainage. Unlike traditional surgery, it doesn't remove bone or tissue. Most patients are back to normal activities within a day or two.
Endoscopic Sinus Surgery
Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) can now be performed with less discomfort and a lower risk of complications than older sinus surgeries. Using a tiny camera and specialized instruments, our surgeons remove blockages while preserving healthy tissue.
Septoplasty

A sinus infection (acute sinusitis) usually lasts less than 4 weeks and is most often viral, clearing on its own. Chronic sinusitis is diagnosed when symptoms last 12 weeks or longer: a lasting inflammation of the sinus lining rather than a single passing infection. Frequent separate infections (four or more a year) are called recurrent acute sinusitis, as defined in the AAO-HNS adult sinusitis guideline.
Consider seeing an ENT if nasal congestion or facial pressure does not improve with medication, if a sinus infection lasts longer than about 10 days without improving, or if you have four or more sinus infections per year. Persistent symptoms often point to a structural or inflammatory cause that benefits from specialist evaluation.
