Even though we were late, I asked the receptionist to ask Dr. Brown if he could accommodate my son since we were leaving out of the country for a few months, And he agreed . The staff gave good service as usual. There was not too long of a waiting time. Dr. Brown didn’t rush us, and discussed alternative treatment options for my son while he is abroad and when we come back. Thank you Dr. Brown.

The Staff and Andrew Clark were sincere and reviewed the current hearing test results vs the past test with my hearing loss. Hearing aids will be in my near future to help resolve my loss. Set up an appointment for fitting, plans for followup. I am to continue my Virgo exercises plus a couple of others to help with dizziness.These folks will look after you.

There was an issue with their software that erroneously recorded my insurance as an HMO when my card clearly said PPO. Vida was very helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

My first ENT visit in a while and Dr Brown did an amazing job alleviating my anxiety. I have pretty terrible white-coat anxiety but Dr Brown calmly and confidently explained that a simple treatment could get me back to feeling great. As soon as I was done with the visit, I could actually feel my anxiety dissipating and now I’m actually looking forward to my follow up.
